I’m pretty sure by now you already watched Episode 1000. Episode 1000 = Chapter 989. The manga is on Chapter 1040. So that’s a 51 chapter difference to where you’ve paused. It’s been a hell of an adventure and now like when Luffy put down the Strawhat to train with Rayleigh and start his timeskip, Curtis puts down his ‘Strawhat’ to begin his own Timeskip. I can guarantee that whenever you return to One Piece there will be will story changing events and moments. The journey is far from over!
