Goddamn! She was such a sweet, little thing and she had to die like that?! And I think she saw Eyepatch right before!

Funny story but two if my grandkids, after watching this episode of Another, were terrified of umbrellas for two whole months. They'd prefer getting wet on rainy days that use and umbrella with the fear of what happened to that poor girl, happening to them. It was until I broke them out of that funk that they used their umbrellas again. And Eve so they opened them up carefully. Another example of why gore anime is not my cup of Joe. Hope you enjoy this anime though

The Nurse keeps recommending Kouichi Horror stories, Stephen King, John Saul, H.P. Lovecraft. Little does she know that they're living in a Horror story.

The blue haired kid with the glasses is voiced by Josh Grelle. He voices Tokoyami from MHA aka The Birdman. I assume that's the va you were asking about?

For the longest time, Yukari's death WAS Another to me. Long before I started watching the anime or really knew anything about it, I'd seen clips of the dreaded umbrella death around Youtube...

Well you know what they say. When it rains it pours. Just don’t use an umbrella

So, this is gonna be interesting. Another is a clasic of the Horror-Genre, but I've never watched the Anime. I read the Manga years ago, and when I later saw that there was an Anime adaptiation, I was tempted to try it. But seeing as they streched out a Manga with only 4 volumes into an Anime with 12 Episodes, I wasn't convinced and never bought it (that was before there were anime streaming services over here in Europa). Later I heard that there are a lot of "filler scenes" in the Anime, which makes sense, since usually 1 volume of Manga is barely enough for 2 episodes of an Anime Adaptation, so I never went back to it. I will certainly however be on board for the ride here; this is one hell of a glorious train wreck, I can not miss! XD And I'm curious to see how the adaptiation actually turned out. :)
