oh wow they cut out that joke lol, I didn't realize till this episode, but the anime actually cuts out a running gag with the school principal, that he's constantly wandering around playing Pokemon Go, that's how Hayasaka was able to shoo him off from the student council room, by telling him there's a rare pokemon in the garden. it kind of gives you an idea of how long ago this was in the manga.

I see Curtis may be a fellow september guy, but yeah chika is a weird basket because her traits would be bad if she wasn't so cute, which I think is largely due to the anime cause in the manga she doesn't feel quite as cute honestly. Also hayasaka is still best girl, and ishigami just can't not be collateral at some point in each episode I guess.
