Kiku is still hot imo. Granted she's no Boa, Nami, or Robin, but she's up there and is still a badass. But yeah I'd say Big Mom was the anomaly needed for Udon to be broken. It's clear that the inmates now run the asylum.

Kiku being a trap was huge surprise (apparently everyone who read the original JP manga knew right from the start, she uses "sessha" which is 'I' that male samurais use) Even Zoro questioned that. When I read the revealation I shouted out "Et tu, Oda!?"
