Roshi was a lot more extreme in his perversion in old dragonball lol, a lot of Toriyama's pervy and dark type of humour kind of got toned down as the series went on, like Dr Slump and original Dragonball were a lot less pc then modern series. Commander Red has a Scottish accent by the way
