I appreciate how Luffy got a bit more muscle mass now. For majority of the series he was just a rubbery twig, but now as the threats are Emperor level Oda decided to gave Luffy some meat on his bones. He’s jakked up and ready to kick ass!💪

In group battles like this, the mentality is either "if I kill them I'm getting promoted!" or "they have to be getting tired after fighting all of us!" or the goons are just all idiots... Hawkins even told the guy reporting not to attack Luffy&co. Without Hawkins it's not even a fight, it's slaughter.

I feel uncomfortable recommending One Piece after watching episodes like this. Dressrosa and Whole cake did this kind of thing too. What happened in this episode could have been condensed into 2-5 minutes. This pacing is REALLY bad.
