I'd equal this to the Allied powers joining with the Soviet Union or how Vegeta initially worked alongside Krillin and Gohan to fight the Ginyu's. "Enemy of my enemy is my friend" I would not trust Bege, but he takes his goals seriously and killing Big Mom would elevate him, if Luffy can help him achieve that, then there is common ground for an alliance.

also all the island's that surround whole cake have different foods there etc and are ran by a minster. a minster is one of big moms kid. smoothie the sweet general is the minster of juice and dafuk is minster of beans. they control what ever island that surrounds whole cake there assigned to. that makes up the entire massive empire like territory of toto land. so seeing them on whole cake isalnd just means all the main forces are being called from the isalnds they are to come to the mainland for the tea party. and dafuk is in a group of triplet's along with the holy second son katakuri . this never gets clarified in the anime so its just a lil family blood dna fact . there is 34 islands around whole cake island each of those island are themed after a main food. coco island juice island etc. and each minster is assigned to each of these surround islands. Big mom truly has her own massive nation.

I think, at this point, "train" is just an inside-joke insult towards anything that disturbs your anime watchtime. I would not be surprised if you started calling loud neighbors "trains", even after eventually moving away to a trainless area xD We'll still get it ;)
