It's times like this where I'm grateful Tenma is the protagonist since he seems to be one of the few decent people. I like how Monster can shift so many different emotions from the marksmen trainer story to this one. it's so unique from most anime I've seen ^^

We've seen what Hartmann raising Dieter has led to, and we know he's raised others. So that begs the question, what other monsters have been unleashed upon this world? One of them's currently in the Military, is he basically the perfect emotionless soldier that every Dictator dreams of having armies of? The other one's the son of a Company President, is he a ruthless Businessman that puts Mob bosses to shame?
