Please let's get this voted for a full series like slime did, it's a fantastic series. The Fate franchise is basically the marvel universe of anime, with tons of epic story arcs, alternate timelines and many MANY amazing characters. Someone get Curtis to watch Gigguk's "Trying to understand the Fate series" video on it, it's hilarious.

Now that I think about it this is about the only one where they don't lean to heavily into that. The War depicted in Zero is much more of a Sausage fest. Sabre's the only girl if I'm remembering correctly, save another character's alternate form which I can't mention due to spoilers.

Also I've gotta clarify this, otherwise it's gonna drive me nuts. Re:Zero and Fate Zero have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Other than a coincidence of the last part of their names. Fate Zero is part of a creative Universe called Fate. Whereas Re:Zero is its own thing entirely.

What you gotta remember is that, while Fate/Zero is the first chronologically in the story, it was released after the original Fate/Stay Night, meaning everyone already knew what Saber/Arthur/Arturia looks like. That's why they kinda just drop it on you in this one.
