Big Mom is probably the most similar person to Luffy in the series so far, complete lack of common sense, and you don't mess with their favorite food.

Big Mom is scary in the sense that she's this destructive force with the mindset of a child that no one has ever been able to challenge. She reminds me of that kid with the god powers in twilight zone that everyone's trapped with and afraid of lol

Germa 66(as an organization) are not necessarily "evil". You were pretty spot on by saying they follow the cash; their loyalty is to the contracts they make. What I can appreciate about Big Mom's servants is that they do care about the people they govern. Not to say they're good people, but they're not entirely heartless like Doffy or Akainu.

Imagine being Carrot. You're living on an Elephant way above sea level your whole life have never seen the outside world. Never seen another island. Then, she leaves for the first time and every single island is literally food. Her perception of the outside world is literally everything is made of food. Also, Luffy has finally cracked the code when it comes to getting Nami to do something without having to pay her.

Bit late to the party but a croquembouche is basically a stack of profiteroles which is then covered in caramel which is allowed to harden into a crunchy candy shell, I believe it is something served at weddings (mainly in France) as sort of a wow factor
