And now you know why Senior Pink is the most hardboiled man that there ever was. Only Oda could create a compelling backstory of why a full grown man wears baby clothes and have it actually be touching heh.

For me the Senor Pink's backstory is best of all the ones we get in Dressrosa. Law&Corazon is 2nd.

2 of my top 3 backstories are from this arc, Law's and Senor pinks, they are just so amazing, the 3rd backstory is actually just airing in the anime now, so your quite a bit away from it.

Interesting little backstory on the backstory. Oda writes backstories for most of his characters and a lot don't get included because of time constraints. His editor asked about Pink's backstory because how do you explain the rationale behind this man dressing like a baby and Oda was so excited when he was explaining it to him and thought it was so good, that he convinced him to draw it.

Oda coming in with another Soul Crushing Finale It should also be stated that Senor Pink is easily the most honorable and benevolent(ish) of Doffy's gang. If anyone deserves to be spared from Impel Down, its he who is hard-boiled.

Ah yes, the legendary backstory of Senor Pink. I've seen it at least 5 times I almost cry every time lol

I've been waiting for this one. Beyond how hard boiled and entertaining he is in the present, I think this backstory is why so many of us just legitimately like Senior Pink.

I wonder if Oda decided to flesh out his backstory due to high demand of letters from readers who were asking why does he wear what he wears or if it was always something he had planned to tell.
