I really appreciate action in anime like this, where no one is using superhuman martial arts or shooting planet destroying energy blasts everywhere. Keeps the scenes exciting while also at least "somewhat realistic".

For context Lutz (the guy who didn't take the shot at Chinatsu when he had a chance) used to be a Sniper for a SWAT team. He's used to killing the traditional membership of terrorist groups and the criminal brotherhood, namely men. He's been trained to avoid killing women and children. Lehm on the other hand is career soldier/mercenary and has no compunctions about killing anyone. He's seen it all.
