Whoa! This concussion-inspired admission by Taiga REALLY puts everything out in the open for her and Ryuji!

This show is amazing. Really glad someone has you watching this. I know for a fact you didn’t expect any of the emotions you’ve been feeling lately when you first started.

Man, I feel like there's plenty to be said about these two episodes, but my mind just blank. No amount of times of watching these scenes will make the blows any softer. It feels like a sucker punch to my feels every time. Damn! You got to love this show. Thanks Will!

I just love how well Taiga's adjusting attitude is handled through the series. It's said that a crush is selfish infatuation, whereas real love is selfless. And Taiga's actions epitomize that perfectly. Early in the series, when there isn't a connection between Taiga and Ryuuji, and then a bit further in, when she starts to develop a crush on him, her actions are selfish, acting to keep Ryuuji to herself. There's multiple points where she deliberately torpedoes a chance for Ryuuji and Minori to spend some time together, wanting him to keep paying attention to HER. Wanting to keep his attention to herself. And then, later on, when her feelings for Ryuuji have become genuine love, she can't push him towards Minori any harder or faster, believing that he'd be happier with her, and she'd be okay with that, since two of her best friends are happy. Taking a sad, lonely ending for herself to fulfill the happiness of others.

Most of the time when Minori's saying strange things she's making Japanese boomer references lol
