Aidan

Surprising huh lad? Well get ready because there are still a few more surprises on these final episodes

SL

Honestly even though the animation wasn't great in season 3, I'd still be down to continue just for the story. I guess it's already been decided though

MWS

I’d be really interested in seeing your reaction to “is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon” (DanMachi), you liked it’s abridged and while it’s never gonna blow your mind like HXH or FMAB it’s still a fun watch with great characters

Mystra

RIP it was a nice run

Man, seeing that, I don't blame Elizabeth for picking up Meliodas' sword and going on a massacre as the new Sin of Wrath. Still , did she have to do my boy Escanor like that? He was just trying to stop her and she impaled him on Merlin's petrified body. All Hail Demon Queen Eli.

rip the first main character of the show he was a good one

It's great if you enjoyed it. I personally had to stop watching after 15ish episodes. Some of them were good enough to make me want to go on, but a lot of them were so abhorrent that I regret even watching as far as I did. My greatest gripes: Animation quality somewhere between "OK" and "Hey, I can count the repeating frames with my bare eye" Horrific censorship (both blood/gore and other things) Key moments cut from the show, particularly emotional moments and a very important part of Gowther's backstory that explains why he is the goat's sin of lust The most anticipated fight of the show reduced to a Bugs Bunny fight with funny smoke and "cling clang" noises while an axe is being swung about Perhaps the fault lay in the fact that I read the manga beforehand, so there was no reason to watch the show other than to see it in color and animated. But with everything I listed, there was not much enjoyment to be found. Still glad you seem to have liked it, though. More power to you :)

I personally haven't touched S3 of SDS because of what I heard about the abysmal animation. I read the manga, and have been busy/lazy enough to not watch much anime outside Curtis' reactions in last year...

V_VMat

How long have you had that Meliodas&Ban shirt? (If you did an announcement of sort when you got it, I have forgotten)

Noah

Thats how it is for me. Most anime I watch thru Curtis cause I've read the manga, and I never keep an interest a 2nd time thru, but watching Curtis react to it makes it fun and I enjoy watching with him.

Murkrow

Rip Meliodas. Yes fucking way ^-*

So, I'm sure you probably forgot since they were basically one off villains, but those holy knights at the end were the ones Meliodas fought when he went to break Ban out of prison. The two were the big guy whose Illusions made Meliodas and Diane fight each other, and the girl controlled bugs before being squashed by Diane. The one of survived was the one who could turn invisible and tried to kill the doctor he forced to poison Meliodas.

So, I only watched it a while after it was put on Netflix, and I had heard that it was terrible, etc. After watching season 3, honestly, I was fine with it. It wasn't nearly as good as 1 or 2 in animation, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I was led to believe. Someone said it was predominantly some 'holy war filler shit' which is kinda objectively false since that segment was 100% in the manga and played a crucial role in several character's arcs and explanation of motivations. The censorship probably bothered me way more than the animation. Seeing guys get cut in half only to spudge is just weird. The animation was only noticeably terrible in, ironically, the one scene that I REALLY wanted to be perfect. Everywhere else was either so minor I didn't even notice it on a casual watch through, or minor enough that I would be willing to overlook it in any show I was enjoying, and I did enjoy it. I hope season 4 is a marked improvement, because I think Curtis would appreciate what's coming in the anime and the manga as well. If nothing else, I want to see his reaction to The One, even if he'll inevitably be disappointed by what follows.

Dakota

Season 3 is great, just nitpicky stuff you would only complain about if you read the manga prior.

Hawk's mom is strong enough to keep Elizabeth and the Tavern safe, don't forget that she ate the "Hellfire Bird" from Monspeet, the Commandment of Reticence.

The white haired guy is named estarossa and he weilds the commandment of love/benevolence. Basically anyone who has any kind of malice or hate in his presence will be striped of any ability that can harm someone else. That is why he was able to completely cancel out meliodas' attack and why he said he loved him. Estarossa isn't able to hate anyone or he will be rendered powerless by his own commandment.
