I'm pretty sure the "voices don't match their bodies" thing is anime-only. It's like the Harry Potter movies when Polyjuice Potion is used - apparently viewers, unlike readers, are generally thought of as idiots.

To be honest I'm greatly disappointed that when the straw hats swapped bodies they still had their voices. I would have loved to see Sanji prev out with Nami's voice

Did anyone mention that Caesar is voiced by the guy who voices both Frieza and Mayuri (Cuphead)? He definitely plays that psycho personality well.
