I mean correct me if im wrong, but I don't think I am, but couldn't Orihime have healed Uryu in the hospital, like isn't healing and defense her main power? How did not one of them think of that.

A lot of people don't seem to like this arc, but it reminds me of the tone that some of the earlier episodes had. There's an air of mystery and intrigue instead of just "there's the bad guy, get him."

Orihime was always like that. The way she was during the Arrancar arc was the unusual behavior.
