I know Jimbei is a purely legit badass, but I really want to know how much effort it took for him to beat Luffy!

This episode was actually the first time I noticed Hordy’s tattoo with the symbol of the new fish-man pirates. Pretty sick how they took the sun pirates’ sun of freedom (which used to be the mark of the slave) and turned it back into a hate symbol. Though I always thought the meaning was a bit confused. It’s a decapitated human with a cross through the sun. Does that mean Hordy is for decapitations, or against them? Clearly the symbol was about as well thought out as the crew’s ideology, which is to say, not at all. Lol

Instead of killing deckan why don't we send him to the maiden island so they can burn off and or remove his mushroom. That would be an effective punishment.

I understand why they show these fights but the anime is not portraying powerlevels accurately at all when they do... No way in hell Zeo could just speedblitz past Fukoboshi and pulverize his weapons... Actually, weren't they winning this fight in the manga? I'm confused🤔 *checked. They were winning and had them in a corner basically and then they juiced up more and then they beat the princes. Did they cut the part where they were winning against them as they were in the anime?

No, Jinbei didnt beat Luffy. They were already past fighting at this point, that first exchange was the only combat they had*

Oh right fun fact Luffy vs Zoro: nami wins Zoro vs Sanji: usopp loses Luffy vs Jinbe: Robin wins Sanji loses.
