Simply one of the best anime episodes I've seen so far! Episodes like this reinforce to me that anime is the KING of entertainment!

This is a great episode. The feels of the Gin and Rangiku moment and then Ichigo’s badass entrance! And as always, the music is SO on point!

This episode just proves why Bleach is and will always be one of the big three of anime/manga. With the anime returning it will prove to the younger generation of anime fans why Bleach will always be one of the greats alongside one piece and Naruto.

this and the next episode are some of my favourite in bleach, the music, the action, the dialogue, it's just a perfect combination, after everything Aizen's done and how sure of his own ability he's been he's getting easily overpowered by Ichigo like it's nothing. also the Final Getsuga Tenshou's form and "that" tomorrow are just brilliant designs.

Here we go! One of the biggest deus ex machinas/asspulls in anime, even bigger than Vasto Lorde Ichigo, but also one of the best ones pulled off all things considered. It may have serious writing issues, like having neve been hinted at, referred to, etc, and no explanation given for how Isshin knew about it when no one else did, but it doesn’t change the fact it’s an awesome design and gives us a wonderful fight.

It is an asspull, but I supposed it makes sense that Isshin knew about it considering his Engetsu has similar powers to Zangetsu.

Curtis, Aizen was holding part of Rangiku's soul before, those goons took it from her. Aizen created his own Hogyoku but it was too weak and he needed to feed it souls to increase it's power. Once he found out about Tom Petty's Hogyoku, he decided to steal it and feed it to his own Hogyoku. Gin tried to kill him because he stole part of Rangiku's soul. You actually see him feeding it to the Hogyoku in the Flashback.

Gin is in my top 5 fav, I don't want to say to much don't want to spoiler but i wish they did some plot armor and kept him alive. ( where is the Unohana) Yell medic damn lol. I guess his sort of the itachi of this show. he kept playing the long game, great spy

It’s cool that he Curtis has that outlook that everything has built too this and it has but most people think this battle was underwhelming most people didn’t like how it was literally one sided too the end most wanted it too be a close fight too the death but at this point aizens hoguyuku powers literally made him invincible tite kubo around the time this fight happened in the manga was sick and tired of his editors in shounen jump telling him he couldn’t do this or that and overided him at every turn if he had had his way the series would have been different in fact the thousand year blood war wasn’t even planned bleach was at the peak of its popularity and shounen jump was going too milk the hell out of it you can tell if you read the manga over the years his enthusiasm was curbed stomped by shounen jump too the point he stopped putting meticulous detailed artwork because he no longer could love his creation which for those who’ve read one piece naruto and bleach know that out of the big three tite kubos bleach was known for being the most artistic his drawings would always be incredible panel too panel
