People can say what they want about Don Krieg and how his 50 ship fleet got decimated by Mihawk in the grand line but at least Krieg had the balls to want to go immediately back into the grand line again. Arlong was content with being the school bully on a small island in the East Blue for years and paid off corrupt marines to keep his actions from reaching any marines with any sort of power who could show up and one shot Arlong. Arlong knew this and somehow his fish brain processed that and still thought he was superior to the entirety of the human race.

Did you see Kizaru's sign: Unclear Justice? :D Aokiji's motto is "Lazy Justice". And Akainu, unsurprisingly, is a member of the "Absolute Justice" faction.

Well Jinbei didn't kill Arlong but he certainly beat the ever loving shit out of him that wasn't even a fight. Even back then shows you Jinbei wasn't to be played with there's a reason he got the title of warlord.

This arc really raises a single question that will probably never be answered... How in the hell did such a tiny woman give birth to a baby literally the size of a giant?

The marines actually seem to prioritize capture if possible over killing criminals. Something good they got going for them at least. Youre right about Arlong not having anything for humans but it's still reality... For example Islam extremists or terrorists who wants to convert the entire world to their fate and kill everyone else or whatever. You're not gonna succeed with that you f*** jackasses! If the rest of the world was serious about wiping them out they would be ridiculously wiped out (but we dont for political and humanitarian reasons and whatnot). In other words, they're not gonna win if they wage war on the world. But they can settle for mostly just bullying some weaker people around their general vicinity they can win against I suppose. Just like Arlong. Realize you can't win against the big guys so you bully weaker ones so yoy can feel big and strong and superior and like you're doing good...

So the reason vice admiral strawberry hair is wrapped in Bandages is because in a SBS with oda he confirmed that strawberry's head grows a few inches every time he is sad it's a weird thing but hey it's oda it's one piece lol

i understand that tiger was ambushed. but i can't help but feel that jinbei had already surpassed him in power by this point, as he was virtually unscathed
