Ichigo is back and ready to roll! Perfect timing, too, as I just keep hating ol' Clark Kent more and more!

Imagine Tosen’s reaction to seeing Hisagi’s tattoo

GoldArthur

When Tousen was speaking with them and coming to terms with himself, the song “Here to Stay” was playing in the background.

So Curtis, idk if anyone has broached this subject with you or not, but now is probably a good time. The thing is, episodes 342-366 are fairly important to the overall bleach narrative, but are a bit forgettable on their own, making them, in my opinion at least, a bad place to stop, but a fairly decent place to start back up. The final arc is getting an anime adaptation next year, and is probably going to be around 70-100 episodes. That means you're going to have to wait at least 2 years, and probably close to 3, to finish bleach. With all of that in mind, you may want to consider putting your bleach reactions on hold after episode 310. Again, just my opinion, but I think you'll find that doing so improves the viewing experience in the long run.

Since you wonder why Kaname sided with Aizen (it was not revealed in anime or manga but light novels) it's because Aizen saved him from execution when he tried to avenge his friend after her death. And the main reason he hates shinigami as a whole is because the guy who killed Kaname's friend is one of of the nobles who rule Soul Society (a very sadistic guy). None of this was revealed in anime or manga so I guess you were never going to find out unless someone told you since it's in the canon light novels. It was also not revealed in anime or manga why Aizen killed him, it's because Kaname asked of him if he ever finds it in his heart to forgive shinigami (which he did) that Aizen does him a favor and kills him.

Thanks for the details, My Friend, but we'll keep going forward, just because that's what I had told everyone I would do, and I know some people are looking forward to those episodes. :-)

Curtis, Shinji didn't use his Bankai because it is banned by the Soul Society, which you won't find out unless you read the Light Novels. It has the power of *Complete Reversal* on a whole different level than just reversal of sight. It isn't explained in depth but his Bankai has an Area of Effect, like his Shikai, and Noose Neck's Bankai, so it would affect his allies too. When Shinji first enters Ichigo's Classroom, he spells his name backwards on the Chalkboard and he is always seen standing upside down in the air, so people have reasoned that he is affected by the Bankai as well, so he makes an effort to be accustomed to it in normal life. He even practices speaking backwards. Note: Both Aizen's Kyokasuigetsu (activation ritual) and Shinji's Sakenada require sight, so Tousen was the only opponent that could be immune to both. However, Shinji's Bankai is supposed to encompass everything in his range of the World, rather than just the senses of someone, it is extremely powerful.

An interesting point that i just checked up on is that it is very likely Aizen didnt kill Noose-neck. He died as an after effect of what he did. But Aizen did lead him into it.

Maybe it was like Ulquiora. Tousen's throat was severely damaged and it looked like Sajin got some of his organs in the fight, which high speed regeneration can temporarily seal but not recreate. His body exploding could be because he is a human Arrancar, so he has a different physiology to Ulquiora, who disintegrated. 🤔

The being banned by soul society doesnt make sense to me if Soul Society already gave up on the Visoreds if it affects his allies tho then it makes more sense
