not surprised you like Toga, you like crazy characters and Toga does genuinely care about the friends she's made in the league of villains, they're bad guys but they still have some humanity for each other, I mean just look how she cares for twice when he's losing his mind, and the guilt twice feels over mage's death and compress's arm.

From what I've heard from others (apparently it's explained in the Vigilantes spin off manga) the quirk boosting drug has the side effect of making you pretty mentally unstable, which is why Irinaka (Mimic) is getting so pissed off.

yup, vigilantes is great and I could not recommend it more, especially if you enjoy the MHA universe (has a lot of backstory about aizawa and a few other interesting heroes, as this is based on when he and others are going through their training)
