I looked up Chitose's VA,(Whitney Rodgers) curious now. I don't know her from anything else, but it looks like she played a supporting character in Assassination Classroom (Aguri Yukimura) and another in One Piece (Marguerite). I think those are the only two shows you've seen that she's credited in... In general, the D-Frag cast is full of VAs that I'm not terribly familiar with, (aside from J. Michael Tatum, who plays Ataru, Caitlin Glass is the teacher, and Micah Solusod who plays my favorite minor character who you have yet to meet) but that's something I like about it.

Roka's definitely channeling Akira Kurosawa in this one. Also is it me or are the two vice presidents (Chitose and the glasses girl) two of a kind? They're both perverts and they're both a lot meaner than their respective presidents.
