They did setup Schneizel throughout pretty much all of season one. There are quite a few mentions of Lelouch never being able to beat him at chess. And incase you missed it, he is introduced as the prime minister. He was also entirely supportive of Euphemias plan. Every move we have seen him make has been problematic for Zero.

So, I'm confident that something happens this episode, but I have no idea what. Every time i see Milly in that dress, the world goes blank. And, for the record, Milly's got the biggest pair in the series. Yet more case for Best Girl.

I swear, Nina graduated from "punchable face" to "perfectly hand-shaped throat". Table-kun was one thing, but now she starts insulting Kallen and Suzaku? She's like a goose or young Sasuke around Itachi, right now. Seriously though, this show keeps tearing me up. That scene where the Empress holds up her pinkie is such a small but powerful thing.

XD Your thumbnail for this one is just perfect. It captured your reaction to Jeremiah's return at just the right time. But yeah, Kaguya was one of the best surprises to me. You'd kind of expect her to be just a figurehead, like the Chinese empress, but she handles even the worst situations really well.
