I am gonna guess that he sorta has an idea what it is he hears and can remember a few of the names of things, but that he got to read up on terms before going on the video. Though a lot of these terms are also things you can put together if you just know the basic words, as a lot of those terms were just 3 names for things put together. He is damn good at his job, but i dont think remembering those terms is as hard as you would think.
