You know Isaac is a true badass when the man bent on ending humanity chose to save him instead.

Just think that this is a starved Dracula

V_VMat

If you are talented and get sliced into half, would you be twice as much or half as much talented afterwards?

V_VMat

The question is, was Dracula trying to attack Alucard at the end there or was he trying to hug him instead?

Hey drac man before you head out you wanna give me some of your Vampire juice? I wanna summon flaming hot balls from my groin area

Miklar Sihn

Think about it. Before Lisa he had given up on the world and was just sitting at home doing nothing. He had isolated himself from the world. Then Lisa came, she managed to get through to him using pure sack, i mean the balls on that woman. She gave him a new appreciation for life, a son and a new way of seeing the humans that had seemed like rats before. So yeah, he went back to his original position with a reason to hate humanity the moment she was killed. The only thing that really remained to him was his son and killing the murderers of his wife and with the background he had, the hatred for the murderers was much more important than the love for his son. He had spent his life before Lisa murdering people that pissed him off. So it was only when his hate grew stale that the love for Alucard and the love for Lisa could really take him down as it did in the end.

I've been waiting for you to react to this episode ever since I first saw it. Fun little Easter Egg that not a lot of people pick up about this episode. The bit where Dracula turns to ash and his face begins to kind of melt. Is a reference to the first colour Dracula movie ever made, Hammer Films' Horror of Dracula (1958). Starring Christopher Lee as Dracula (you guys might know him as Count Dooku from Star Wars, or Saruman from Lord of the Rings). There's a scene where Dracula character dies in a similar way. Turning to ash and his face deforming. It was cut in the British and American releases, though it was kept in the Japanese release. Which was later re-added to the movie when Hammer re-released the movie in 2012.

A shout out to Dracula's voice actor Graham McTavish for just the phenomenal job he did this entire series, but especially for that emotion at the end there.

Nu-uh no sex allowed in Castlevania. Only badass vampire fighting

I love the way they handled Dracula's character in this and how it made you understand where he was coming from while also not completely condoning his actions. His line "There are no innocence" in the first episode really pulled me to his side since he's kind of right none of them tried to stop it when they could have. then you have them celebrating the anniversary of when the burned his wife it hard not to be on his side. which was perfect for the first season where we only saw people from that city getting what they deserve. I think a lot of people would agree if he just wiped that city out and stopped there I would have just thought well they deserved it.

Mha season 4 just ended so the English dub for the whole thing should be done soon

Gabriel Phipps

I like how it shows even though they won the fight against Dracula, for Alucard it was not a victory in the slightest as he had to kill not only his father but also the only family he had left.

Noah

I wanna believe it was for a hug, I wanted to see it in the same way that itachi did the forehead tap to sasuke.

SpazBoysComedy

That's exactly why I've been saying I understand where Dracula has been coming from. Humans fucked him over good.

Charlie baker

Man this was wild when it first aired but s4 really puts into perspective how far the fights could go later on to make this just good by comparison ,s4 has some of the best fight animation ive ever seen
