I started watching this series after your first reaction. Gotta say I'm really enjoying it. I also just realized something rewatching this episode along with you. I didn't realize that Taichi and Inaba switched bodies at that moment. In hindsight it makes so much more sense than what I initially thought was going on. Guess that goes back to the whole do the best impression you can of that person thing.

its so funny to see them freak out randomly whenever they switch, saying "oh Im so and so" they just agree but from an outside perspective it still looks like every time they make it up.

this show reminds me of this one episode from jake long american dragon where a mirror makes people switch bodies for a day to better understand each other.
