Storytelling at it's finest, no rush, no fuss, just a slow build up with many layers that unfolds into something grand, emotional, and heart-warming.

Funny thing is that I watched One Piece years and years ago but for some reason I put it to the side and forgot about it. When I came back to the series, I'd accidentally skipped this arc and didn't question anything until much MUCH later when someone mentioned Luffy kicking God's ass.
