Brother E

Don’t forget episodes 61, 63 & 64 all have extra scenes.

Matsumoto Erkin

Somebody get this man a Big Mac

SpazBoysComedy

I've already watched 61. I watched the scene that played during the opening theme. Hopefully that's what you mean.

Curtis, please don't forget to watch the FMA:B bloopers video! I promise you'll laugh your ass off!

Mighty Snake

Don't worry curtis if you die we'll just use human alchemy and sacrifice most of youtube so it's a win-win.

We're at the final stretch now :)

GoldArthur

It's ok Curtis. If you want to binge the series now and take some time to figure things out afterwards, we won't complain.

There's a few OVA's for FMA:B (which you may want to consider watching) In one of them, Ed and Al encounter an Alchemist who lost his eyesight just like Mustang. The difference being that this guy opened the portal on his own, and had his eyes taken completely. So because Mustang was forced to open the portal, the Truth decided to only take his vision, and left his eyes themselves alone.

Diego

you should react to the full metal bloopers after you finish the show

Mustang losing his eyesight was sad af when i saw it the first time. Its so wierd and cool how TRUTH takes the things most precious from people for opening the portal. Also i love Alphonse he sacrifices so much by leaving his body behind.

Amazing episode Bardley is my favourite villain for the simple reason that he's such a badass, that despite me hating his guts for his actions, his overall character is just so good, I catch myself liking him sometimes

Hey, Curtis, I have enjoyed being part of this community (as I've hokily said many times now), and now I've started a streaming channel of my own. It's not the same thing, it's more gaming, less anime. But how fun your community is inspired it, so I wanted to ask if you'd let me put up a post about it on the community/discussion tab. I don't want to use your platform to advertise my own without your permission, I just really enjoy the folk here.

Welp, next week is going to be one hell of an amazing ride. One I absolutely can't wait to see your reaction to.

ryan ecker

The hands inside the portal always struggle to drag Ed through each time. Alphonse ran past them, willingly.

Koala Banana

Great reaction and discussion Curtis :)

SpazBoysComedy

Absolutely! We're a community here, and I encourage everyone to share what they do with one another!... Make sure and mention in your post that it's perfectly fine with me so everyone knows it's cool... And thank you for asking first. :-)

Bradley is tied with Selim for the spot of #2 Dickbag of the Series, them only being surpassed by Father himself. But while I hate them as people, I love them as characters. They serve their narrative purpose perfectly; Arakawa did an amazing job with them.

I’m interested to see what you thought of episode 60. :)

I think it's worth nothing that while everyone else had entire limbs and organs taken, Mustang only lost his sight. Presumably, damage was done to his optic nerve. So while he still had to pay a toll for the knowledge he received, the price was greatly reduced. That suggests to me that Truth understood that he did not open the portal of his own volition.

Steven Fechter

How much you sacrifice is directly related to how much truth you receive. So he probably just got less since he was unwilling, but the sacrifice was still made so it still had to happen.

Agent Snowman

this whole series really perfectly shows how no good deed goes unpunished. i really cant wait to see your reaction to the final 3-4 episodes but i will also warn you ahead of time that the final episode has some really awesome credit scenes that are great to watch

Miasimon

Al was so close to his real body and ended up turning away from it? Wow, Mustang didn't see that coming.

Anonymous

I love Bradley he's such a badass you gotta givem that. i just love that final fight coming up with him.

Nicolas Loure

I think many people forget about this, but Lust already gave us a foreshadow about what would happen to Mustang when she was dying, on ep 19. She said ''I look foward to the day when those eyes will be wide with agony, it's coming'' It is amazing how much details this show have
