Well the manga is still continuing and apparently they dropped a trailer for season 3 in February (didn't know that until just know while Googling), but apart from that there has been no notifications or release dates announced.

This arc is very long in the manga, it's actually more like several smaller arcs that are back back to back chains of fights. I imagine it will take at least 2 more seasons to finish up the monster association and Garou storyline. While this season definitely wasn't up to the skyhigh standards of the first season, I did enjoy all of the Garou fights, they were all pretty well done.
