When the idea of a comfort audio for the community first started percolating, my thought was to make it as accessible as I could. Had a bad day? Let's talk about it. Had a great day? Let's talk about that, too! So these audios are interactive, meaning you can vent your frustrations or share your excitement, and there will be a warm, caring voice there to help you feel heard. The extended versions include several minutes of slow, regular breathing, like your partner is sleeping beside you. There's something for everyone.
