Hey guys!! The first of many wig tutorials, I hope this helps you out! The method I used for her pigtails can also be used for characters like Jasmine from Aladdin or Judal from Magi!

MATERIALS:
- Arda Wigs Chibi in Dark Blue
- GOT2B Hairspray
- Hot glue
- glue gun
- hair straightner
- smooth foam balls
- Dark blue paint
- Paint brushes
- hair dryer
- Hair cutting scissors (Regular and thinning)
- Elastic bands (Small and regular)
