This is a big overhaul to the original Hardcore Mode by FairBair.  Hardcore mode adds a sense of survival to the game.  Player and Agents (girls) can die or suffer penalties if they don't get enough food and water, or are sick for too long.

Survival Stats added include Food (green), Water (blue), Stamina (yellow), and Health (red).  User Interface in top left is added to display everyone's survival stats.

Player can restore Food and Water by consuming food and drinks.  This can be done from the pouch, storage box, or cooking area.  UI buttons have been added to the game to do this.

Agents restore Food and Hunger by eating and drinking.  Encourage them to do so by talking to them.

Stamina is restored by sleeping.

Health restores itself naturally over time.

Sick Agents will suffer consequences until the sickness is healed.  Cold, Heatstroke, and Injured will drain Health over time.  Stomach ache will drain Food, and Overworked will drain Stamina.

When an Agent loses all of their Health they will die or become incapacitated depending on settings.  Incapacitated Agents will revive after a day and optionally have their stats reset or penalized depending on settings.

When the Player loses all of his Health they will die and a new Player will need to be loaded.  Optionally they may revive but lose all items and skills.   Agents will have their stats reset depending on settings.

Player and Agent status windows have been edited to include all survival status information, if you don't want to use the HUD to view their statuses.

Most settings can be adjusted to raise or lower the difficulty to your liking.  The default settings aren't too difficult to manage.  Agents will die if they are ignored for too long, but they don't need to be constantly coddled.  The Players food/water will deplete after 2-3 days of game time (80 to 120 minutes).

You can make it easier by adjusting the settings... make it so that your player doesn't need as much food/water per day. You might have to do a lot of fishing early on, until you can get a farm up and running. Much like real life, coconuts are a great source of food and water.
