the freedom "music video" was actually a clip from the visual album/film that goes with her lemonade album. it's absolutely beautiful and it would be a great body of work for you guys to check out some day!

Formation was actually the last song on the Lemonade video album. She was coming back to herself and being empowered by her own strength and that of all women. Freedom is also at the end of the video album after her and Jay-Z started to mend their relationship. It’s hard to take the Lemonade videos out of order and context.
