General Update. (Patreon)

After the last couple of days lack of measurable progress, I can proudly say that I made up for a bit of lost time today!

The Allure of Wanton Cove:

Finished up the rest of the cave followup scene.

Finished up the last scene in the event chain that starts in the morning of the 7th day.  The answer to what actually happened to Tom will be in the next major build of the game, . . . :D

As of right now, I have a couple of small loose ends to tie up, maybe an hour of work, two at most, then I can release a new TEST build of the game.

Inheritance:

The secondary coder for this bowed out today.  They hadn't really done much yet, so its not a significant loss.  Besides, our primary coder is still with us.  The reason I mention this is for context:  After loosing the secondary coder today, I posted on a single site asking if anyone would be interested in helping out.  I got one person who mentioned that they would like to know more and seemed interested.  Normally, I wouldn't be too excited about this, but in this particular case, it is someone who has helped me out several times in the past, and has proven themselves to be both reliable and extremely talented.  We're still talking details, but if they join the team, its going to be a HUGE boon.  I'll share more details once things are a bit more sure.

The rest of it:

Going to call a winner on the poll for what I spend the rest of the week on.  Inheritance appears to be winning by a very slim margin.   The rest of the week will be spent primarily focused on Inheritance.  

Tomorrow:  Going to start the day by tying up any loose ends with Wanton Cove (Shouldn't be much.  If all goes well, I should be able to either finish things up, or come close, tonight.) then spend the rest of the day working on Inheritance.   Also, I will be planning to release the next build of Inheritance some time tomorrow afternoon.

Friday:  Not expecting a lot of time to work on things that day, but any time I have will be spent working on Inheritance.  

The weekend will be tied up with other responsibilities, then it will be back to work as usual on Monday, with Inheritance being the focal point for the first half of the week.
