Its alive!

This was actually fixed by Greyelf last night (Along with a hand full of other issues) but I only just now got around to testing it out.  Everything seems to be working just fine now.


Some notes about Events:

-There are a minimum of two events that can play out at any given time period.  In most cases there are more.

-These are ambient in nature and not interactive scenes.  (Interactive scenes will start being added once the NPCs are complete mechanically.)

-Most locations have 4-5 events total between all time slots.

-Time slots include:  6am-8pm, 8pm-6am, 7pm-8pm, 7am-8am for most places (Some are dependent on who is working in the house, but since you cant change that, they will appear like any other scene for the time being) Mealtimes: 5am-6am, Noon-1pm, 8pm-9pm.  8pm-10pm to eavesdrop on the girls in their room.  And there might be a couple more niche groups I'm forgetting.  The wait option in the game should make it easy to explore the content that is there.  This is just a small sampling of what is to come.


Once I get this posted, I'll share the movement build with the public.  


No hard date for when the next build will be out, but I'll keep you posted on progress, and it will be out some time after the NPCs are functionally complete and will include a small number of interactive events and a Cheat mechanic making it easier to see the diversity of those events. (Some events that have already been written include more than 20 branches based on your current relationship with the girls.)

Where is the "people" button?

Inheritance is still an early work in progress. Right now there is an interactive intro, navigation around the mansion, a functioning wait option, and about 150 ambient events. The next build of the game will introduce the first NPC to the game, a Cheat Menu, and a small number of events related to the first NPC. The NPCs being added will add the ability to interact with them by talking with them, summoing them to you, or other "People" related actions. Hope that helps clarify things for you.

I am ĵust testing the game for the first time and feel compelled to point out that there is a typos on the initial text page. It reads "pitty" and "ovbious" and on top of that the name of the game is on the status bar "inheritence" ... Just wanted to point out that because it is kind of awkward to have typos before you even get into the game. :p

In fact, that whole page needs to be checked over... what's with this sentence: "Your GPS tells you that you have arrived at my destination" It changes from "you" to "me"... also "endless pile papers" lacks "of", and "plack" should be "plaque"... and I'm not native so is "with an effort" actually valid here? Like just "one effort"... anyway. Yeah. I can overlook the writing, but definitely needs a lot of editing.

Thank you for trying the game! And thank you for pointing out the spelling errors. I actually just went through and made a lot of improvements a couple of days ago, I think a couple of those were on that list. I'll go right now and look things over though and fix anything you pointed out that might have been missed previously. Your taking the time to point out those spelling errors is appreciated.

That's the kind of stuff I was largely fixing the other day. The intro was originally written in the first person, then we changed it. When it was rewritten, I missed a few spots. Will go over your new list here as I work through the other and catch anything that might have been missed. Thank you again.

Just finished going through the list. Several of the items you reported had not been reported previously. Thank you again for reporting them. Since there WERE a lot of minor errors and spelling errors in the last build, I plan to release a new build to Patreons some time early this week.
