Ok, I promised you guys something today, and then I stumbled across a bug.

I attached the latest build.  What it includes is everything that was in the original build, as well as a functioning wait option and a few events.  I'm working on the game now to try fixing the events so the rest will play the way they are supposed to.

The Bug:  Not sure exactly what is wrong, but as things stand right now, only a single event is playing in each of the rooms in the mansion (Same one every time instead of pulling from the pool of scenes available.).  We're working right now to figure out what is preventing the other scenes from being played at random.

The plan right now is to release this build to you guys now so you can take a peek at what is to come since I told you all I'd get you something.  Then, once the events are displaying correctly, I'll post the working build.  For the moment, I'll refrain from sharing the previous build with the public or posting anywhere other than here about the new build.

No ETA for a fix, but you all know by now that I'll keep you posted to progress as I have something to report.

Sorry about not meeting expectations on this one yet.  :(

Don't sweat it too much. Bugs always happen and the most infuriating thing is its usually something insanely simple. The Upper South Hall has no locations so you can actually get trapped there. Trying to enter the kitchen throws an error which might have something to do with your bug? I have been saving and loading if that matters, I know the movement build had some issues with that. After messing around it occurs to me the girls need to be equipped with a GPS tracker. Seriously the mansion is pretty big and while it may be unrealistic it might be worth having a way to know where they're currently located at all times. I can see that it would get tiresome and annoying very quickly trying to find them even with hints.

Thanks, I had made the mistake of just giving it a quick once over to make sure something was triggering, but didn't actually bounce around enough to make sure more than one thing was showing up. I feel terrible that I had promised something to you guys, then had this bug broadside me. Oh well, if this is the worst thing that happens during development, then I'm doing pretty good. :P I know one of the people helping with the code found a couple of issues they fixed, I'll add these to the list of known issues if they aren't among the items fixed. For the girl's movement, unlike the protagonist, they will remain in one location for a time, making them easier to locate. Additionally, I intend for there to be a function that allows you to summon them to you if they are in the same region (Mansion Interior, Mansion Grounds, etc) Some way to track their current location though is a good idea, will add that to our list of things to work on.

In my experience if you make something and think it works fine but you haven't tested it then it probably doesn't work. Summoning the girls is great but the idea of roaming around to find them is to catch them off guard, slacking off or doing things they shouldn't be doing. How else can you have fun punishing them.

Words to live by. Exactly, its always fun to find someone in a potentially compromising position, . . .
