Wake up babe, Mob Finale reaction just dropped.

What always gets me and what's stuck with me as the show has now ended is the line in the first opening "if everone is not special maybe you can be what you want to be" this line encapsulates the entire show and so many of the characters like reigen and mob so well.

I love Mob psycho so much. It just touches me and I feel like the themes are something you can just sit and write an essay about. As someone who grew up learning to never show/repress negative emotions the idea to accept those parts of yourself still is nice.

Chris Sharpe

At the end of the show, he could cry and laugh, yet his percent meter never appears. Truly a satisfying conclusion.

Something cool to think about is that every single opening lyrically talks about the feelings and progression of mobs character. Though in this episode they play the first opening for Reigen. Reigen in this moment is being truly himself and who he wants to be instead of being this fake character ("If everyone is not special maybe you can be who you want to be"). Also Mob truly accepting himself and being able to express his emotions fully without blowing up from holding them back made me so happy. Him crying after getting rejected and laughing at the very end is such a great showing of him being truly himself 100%. This show is one of my favorites of all time.

ONE said that he always knew that his last panel of MP100 was going to be Mob laughing. But when it came time to actually draw it he was honestly surprised at how easy it was to draw and how natural it looked 🥺 You failed better than I did as quite honestly I sobbed my way through my first watch through of the last episode. I can count on one hand the amount of times I have ever done that for a piece of media. I’m just so genuinely overjoyed that another beloved series of mine was able to finish so perfectly. It’s so hard to get a good ending, particularly nowadays, and they bloody well achieved it and knocked it out of the park. Thanks ONE for your beautiful kind story, to Studio Bones for making one of the best adaptations ever, and thank you for picking up this series and reacting to it. It’s been a joy watching your journey with it too!

It’s so utterly brilliant and fitting for mob to have “parodied” the anime trope of playing the first opening theme during a climactic battle by having it back a simple run down the street lol. Everything about this was perfect tbh, one of my favorite series finales of all time.

Goodbye Mob 😢

Thank you for sharing your personal story with your former partner. Your videos since avatar have served me in one of the darkest eras of my life and motivated me in a better path forward. You've unknowingly helped guide me to a point in my life (where I was cheated on and abused mentally, emotionally, and physically by the one I considered the most beautiful and intelligent people I'd ever known) where I can define who I am and what my values, morals, and ethics are. You've helped me detach myself from groups of which I heavily identified and think for myself in accordance to my values and higher judgement. Your videos have helped give me the tools necessary to keep developing in ways I never thought I was capable. I used to detest reading and for the last couple years, I've been reading, learning, studying, reflecting daily, and growing myself into the person my subconscious (and now conscious) mind has always wanted to be. One of my biggest weaknesses was always a lack of self-awareness displaying pure intention but being naïve in a myriad of other facets. I've finally been able to focus on being whole, incorporating my good and negative qualities and using them all to contribute to the force for good. I was able to escape my narrow-minded views and evolve as an individual who is constantly struggling to forge his own path. Thank you for contributing to being the guiding star I needed from my exhausting relationship and surrounding darkness. I wouldn't be here in this position without you and your videos and you have my well-earned respect and gratitude.

This finale really did a Code Geass on me where it looked like it was gonna end in an unsatisfying way only for it to turn out great and get me in tears.

How is Mob not in jail after all the millions in property damage?

agoodwintv

Wow that means a lot to me. More than I can express. Thank you for sharing that!

Heading into this episode I was wondering how they were going to deliver with so little time

Miguel

Now tell me, exactly WHO is gonna volunteer to try and arrest the person who did THAT? I think everyone's willing to look the other way on this one lol

Shigeo wasn't shocked by Reigen not having powers... he was shocked by Reigen admitting it in that moment and proving him wrong--their relationship was not just exploitation, Reigen was willing to put himself in extreme danger just to tell him the truth. Anyways, a perfect ending to a perfect show, and that final frame of Mob laughing 😭
