Eh I wouldn’t say that. Without going into spoilers, there are 2 very clear reasons/explanations given for his unnatural strength in the manga so I wouldn’t say it’s nearly as vague as something like Tanjiro’s smell lol. It’s definitely up to personal theory/opinion which of the 2 reasons given is a bigger contributing factor, but it’s not exactly just a totally open ended question
