Vi wasn’t looking to fight at the end, she was going to give herself up. She knew that the enforcers were not going to stop until they have someone to blame for the building blowing up. She took Vander’s message thingy and sent it to the enforcer he has a deal with. She was ready to go down for her mistake.

I love your take on Vander's character so well said, I totally agree. I appreciate that in this show you can really see how everyone's actions and inactions are result of their experiences and traumas (very realistic). Everyone's just trying to overcompensate for the hurts and weaknesses THEY have. And that's so dangerous/reactive when these people are given positions of power, leadership, or guardianship over others.

hoo boy, episode 3 is where the show really starts to pick up the pace. i think that the first two episodes do a good job at building up the plot and characters. something i love about this show is that pretty much every character is gray, there isn’t really a “bad” or “good” side, just different perspectives. anyways i’m really enjoying your reaction to demon slayer and arcane, really good roster

Still behind on Arcane but about to watch that second demon slayer vid for anyone curious. for some reason I thought Arcane episodes were like 50 minutes each so I was intimidated by it. It's hard for me to commit to a show with episodes that long but I've heard nothing but good things about arcane

I've watched a few others react to Arcane already, but mostly I feel like doing so was enjoyable primarily by way of being able to watch someone else enjoy what I've enjoyed. That said, I was excited to see that you were reacting to Arcane because I knew that hearing your thoughts could only show me more of what this show has to offer. And even if there isn't a lot more to see, I still know that seeing someone get as much out of it as you will can only help me to appreciate it more. As I'm sure you can tell, I am very happy to see you're watching Arcane. Keep doing your what you're doing Alex.

Vi was giving herself up. She sent the message to the enforcers and she was waiting to be arrested at the end. Vander convinced her fighting was a bad idea. She was scared for powder and her bros so she decided to give herself up so they will leave the Lanes/Entire undercity alone.
