Twice is one of my favourite characters, he's to tragic and makes me really feel for the guy

this episode had some GREAT commentary from Twice about how because of his mental illness and his villainess past, he wasn't accepted in regular hero society and instead turned to the league of villains, because for as evil as they are, they accepted him for who he was. i think this demonstrates a huge flaw in this society; those outcasts, whether it be a trans woman like Magne, or people with mental illness, or people with scary quirks, are shunned by hero society and resort to becoming villains. most of these people probably aren't naturally evil, but due to many factors turned to villainy. i think this demonstrates a broader problem with this society, and if, say, they had better mental health services for people like Twice, there would be a lot less villains on the street. i don't know if the series will go down this route, it most likely won't, but i think it'd be really great if it does and this episode really laid the groundwork for that.

Ahhh this is the Twice episode, great villain. This show does Villains incredibly well imo, from AFO to Shigiraki and my personal sidekick villain favs of Toga and Twice, a lot of them are genuinely likable, funny, or compelling.

One of my favorite episodes! A season for encounters indeed. Insight into Twice's backstory and life, introduction of a man with a bird mask and a stylish jacket, and the Big Three! Twice's story always really struck a chord with me, particularly his musings on who heroes deem "worthy" of saving. Most villains don't just wake up one morning and decide to be evil, but it seems society's main method of dealing with this is government-sponsored violence. As much as All Might was a symbol of "peace," that symbol was fist-shaped.

Omfg the fucking hound dog bit... I honestly couldn't stop laughing lmao. Also, finally a glimpse into Twice's backstory. Twice is one my favs in the whole show because of many reasons one of them being his backstory. Being shunned out by society because of his mental illness and his own way to deal with it because nobody else helped him dealing with it. I can't wait to see you find out more about him and the rest of the league in season 4 and 5! Also, the big three finally!!

I don't know if anyone else with a mental disorder could relate to Twice at all, but I definitely did. Not in the villain way, but more of the feeling misplaced and unsupported by society sort of way. That was the case for me especially in public school, so I can relate to him on some level. And I like that he doesn't... really seem evil? If that makes sense. He just seems like a dude that wants to fit in somewhere, and as it turns out, being with villains who are crazy is the only place he can feel that way without proper support. Really cool of the show to dive into one of the supporting antagonists for half of an episode, and also gave some new context on hero society and some of the more problematic aspects. Sure, heroes are stopping robberies, but where's the support for mental problems that are causing these villains to pop up? I think Twice asks that question in a really neat way

Like I really just hope he can find something supportive in life that isn't anchored to the league of villains. He seems like a deeper thinker, he's looking at the bigger picture and even seems to be actively looking for new situations in his life (hence why we saw him show interest in that villain talking about a cure) I don't know, I can't help but compare his situation to how I felt in public school, as wild as that is. I was burned by the system, and so I grew resentful of the system. They kept pushing me up in grades even when I wasn't ready for it, or I was explicitly treated like an outcast because of OCD and other issues keeping up at pace with other students.

That opening monologue was awesome. It's a great way to introduce us to the man behind the mask of Twice, and his story is very interesting, both in the crazy details and how it explains his underlying mental health issues.

This intro was awesome, felt different to me than a normal episode especially at the start. I feel like it may be the first time we see a villain living a normal life and not seeming just bad
