Rayla's scottish accent is the best. Her character alone kept me hooked to the show till the end of Season One and by then I was really into everything about it.

My interpretation of the Viren/Harrow conversation was that Viren was going to offer himself up for the soul transfer until Harrow put him "in his place".

I did enjoy the Dragon Prince, but I got to be honest, it doesn't work for me as a reaction series, there is just not much here to analyze in terms of character development. Do you limit yourself in general to anime shows? For I think there is some live action TV out there, deserving of your keen sense for character motivations. First thing that comes to mind is something like 'Black Sails' for example, I think it would lean itself splendidly to your style of analysis. Just saying ;)

So excited to keep on this journey with you. Soren isn't really my cup of tea, mostly how he kept emphasizing the "step-son" part. Aside from the 3 main characters, I find Claudia interesting and weird.

I'm open to anything really. The first series I ever reacted to was Tiger King lol. I plan on doing this for a while, and I think I can watch great shows faster than they come out, so hopefully I can do a whole lot of things ultimately.

So I watched the first few episodes a while ago, and I got turned off cause I felt like there were a lot of "mystery boxes," or story elements that made me feel like even the writers didn't know the plan for the story. But I've been talking with friends about it and they have convinced me that the story actually is well thought out, and so that is now high on my list of shows to watch.
