Ponzu was honestly one of my favorite characters in the Hunter exam arc. Despite how little focus she got I loved her look and her powers and thought she was really fun. When she came back into focus this arc I was really happy to see her again. And then she died horribly. I was so sad😭

Weird to think that 10 episodes ago we were playing whacky Nen dodgeball with Razor! Love how Hunter x Hunter can effortlessly shift tones arc-to-arc.

I’m late. Before the spider with the defined cheekbones shows up Ponzu says the hunters she was in contact with were not responding when her bees returned to her. It’s only my guess, but I like it to think that the Spider was able to see Pockle’s arrows because they were taken out by the ants. It just makes more sense to me that way.
