Hello everybody!
Here is the colored version of my last sketch of miss Dealyn. I like the white and red one but I chosed the black outfits because in white, she looks like a nice princess. Which is not how I feel her.
... Well... it's time animate that chest :).

I say make it black and red. (The inside of the cape red only)

Clem Barbarossa

Agreed. The first version looks more dignified and red would add a feeling of power.

Arf, I tried the red inside part and rejected it, but you both make me doubt :) . I'll try again.

I personally prefer the white and red. The purple shoulders look more regal but blend in too much with her hair. I also think the most terrifying villains are ones that believe in their cause/righteousness, and the white colour scheme plays to that. Of course, how she is perceived will ultimately be determined by her dialogue.

Well they are all great ! I agree on the White for villains : stricts characters with fake "purity" are more charismatic I think. And black / red is kinda common (that's why I like the azur blue too, it's more unusual)

white and purple matches her hair best, and purple is the color of royalty, so it fits thematically also.

I don't like the black at all. The red is nice, but just doesn't match her overall appearance. I'd be interested to see how the purple looks if it were reversed....(purple inside, white outside)

I agree with near everything. Evil are scary when they are convinced of doing good, AND when they manage to bring us a bit on there side (Kevin Spacey in Seven, the Joker, etc.). As you say, the dialogue determines the final choice. She is definitely tough and scorn with "good people", and she brags about that. So the color of saints don't fit her anymore.

When we first meet miss Dealyn, that's why I made her white... and to make her purity too fake, if you remember, she has a saint halo over the head. On that second meet, it's her true her. She won't lie anymore. For the colors, I agree with your opinion. I did not pick red. i choose a weird dark color. It should be okay.

Ah... I can't use white. When we first meet Miss Dealyn, she is in white with a saint halo over the head. The second meet must contrast and show her true self (you ll see the dialogues). It's true that the purple inside is a good idea. It will match her colors more than the red. So it's what I will do. It will be black outside and dark purple inside.
