If you're unfamiliar with the whole tier list trend, basically it's an activity where you analyze a set of things and sort each item into a tier based on some criteria, like power, effectiveness, flavor, personal preference, etc. The tiers are S, A, B, C, D, and F. Only the truly outstanding items get sorted into S tier. Absolutely irredeemable items go into F tier.
