StreamFX v1.0.0 Beta 538 (Patreon)

Another minor improvement to the overall code. This brings back Ubuntu 22.04 support through just #ifdef-ing out the code that is only available in FFmpeg 5.1 or later. Not quite sure why FFmpeg decided to break their ABI without increasing the major version number.

• All remaining traces of Qt and CURL have now been removed, StreamFX should no longer link to either of these for now. Eventually I'll write a new front-end, but right now this is good enough.

• Removed CPU/GPU profiling code as it hadn't been actively maintained or used in over 3 years now, with the last actual use predating the introduction of Virtual Greenscreen.

• Implemented Windows and UNIX/POSIX compatible ring buffer for future usage.

• Figured out how to fix support for FFmpeg 5.0, so that Ubuntu 22.04 is supported again.

Update: I've released a hotfix, which fixes an issue that was already introduced by 1.0.0b524, but didn't show its fangs until 1.0.0b538. Go update.
