Okay ,this weekend i need to finish Vivian's towerdefense generic events. They are only about 300 VN frames left to do so no problem here.

The real challange is to create the *android delivery robot* thing to work since i can imagine that i will run into some serious navmesh (AI pathfinding) related problems. I hope i can get this thing to work.. anyhow.

In other news , during the week i kind of tried my old game *MOND 2* in VR mode with my occulus rift and... well.. i guess i am not able to port my framework to VR without massive changes. I am maybe able to get VR to work with my unity version (5.4 is kind of bugged) but my framework and how i designed the interface is not compatible >_<

I would need massive changes with my framework to get this to work right since in VR you can not really use the legacy 2D components from unity. And my game relies heavely on those.

I need to rethink this whole VR thing... I guess it is better to let it be for now and maybe (if there is a high demand) i will think about porting my framework to VR. I *assume* there aren't much VR users anyway.

I just bought the occulus rift since it was the cheapest. But i guess the best is the samsung odysee right now.

VR would be great, but as you've found it needs some serious design changes (UI especially, but even things like environment interactions need to be considered). Other than an overhaul of the existing game, VR support could be implemented as a 'scene observer' to view existing characters and actions, but without controls (or just the most basic step-through-the-sequence without dialogue controls).

*their new guidelines. I know it's a nitpick, but you want people to take you seriously.

Interesting gif. I wonder what Viv is sitting on? Not a fan of VR, personally. Tried it, didn't care for it.

In my case, I'm not a fan of it because its too bloody expensive!
