Here are a few (in)Frequently Asked Questions:

1. If you don't like smut, why write it: I don't like smut is short-hand for, "I like writing, and I sometimes write smut, but I don't want to write smut as a profession."  At the time that I started posting stories again, I was home with my oldest kid during COVID shutdowns at their school.  I started posting stories as supplemental income as I was finishing my Master's Degree because I had freetime.  I have a fulltime job now, and more children, so my freetime is limited, and I would rather use it in other ways.

2. Geis. What is up with that story?: I never really intended to answer the question as to how James did what he did.  It was never as important as the infidelity was. The point was that he had mind control powers and that Kendall was mostly unwilling.  It was about gradual corruption.

That said, I do have an answer.  James has adopted the power of Geis.  Similar to Code Geass, he has the power to command others, except his is not limited to one-time use.  A part of a geis, from my understanding of it, is the implication of responsibility.  You can command because you are responsible for the person you command.  That is why a lot of the chapters have king-themed names.  That was also why Jackson was corrupted by the power.  If you wear the crown, you must lead.

3. Geis cont.: Furthermore, a number of my stories were set in the same world but with different people in possession of the power.  After School Stud, WMD, Big D, and Campus King were all different people with the same power.  Furthermore, all of them were based off of real people I knew and real dynamics they had with people.  None of them were these alpha male studs, perse, but that was part of the fun.  I took real people and asked, "What would they be like with that sort of power corrupting them?"  What I wrote was the answer I got.

Each story was designed to continue indefinitely.  The original Geis was about 4 volumes deep in terms of rough drafts.  Even Intervention could have been continued.

4. Geis cont. James is gross: He is, and he was never meant to be the hero.  Again, the fetish was corruption. The only decent person among them was probably Chris and maybe Jackson.

5. Eros & Why Girls Like Horses: The entire time I was working on other stuff, I was trying to resurrect those.  It came down to time.  It was hard to sink time into those projects, especially since they were so different from what I was writing at the time.  Maybe someday, but not today.

6. Favorite: The most fun I had writing any of the stories was probably Stolen Wishes.  Toybox was fun, too.  I think if I ever resurrect this poor thing (which I have no plans to do), I would do start with Toybox and work from there.  Maybe someday, but not today.

7. When does this stuff come down: I will delete my Patreon either on April 1st or March 31st.

8. Why Patreon: I hate Patreon.  I would rather have posted everything for free and used Kofi or something.  I tried setting up a SubscribeStar, but that website has standards.  Patreon was the easiest one to open and mantain.

9. Will I do Commissions: You can email me, but I doubt I will check my email.  Part of me wants to keep that open, but I don't want to give false hope to anyone.  Maybe wish upon  a star?
