Interesting, these two characters were introduced to the series at around the same time and they both gave Ranma quite a bit of trouble due to their unique Ki manipulation abilities.

That being said, Hinako would probably be able to beat Herb quite handily if they ever actually fought. In fact, she's probably the one most likely to be last standing if all these girls got into a fight.

Herb of the Musk - Likely Ranma's toughest one on one fight in the series, as his abilities are above and beyond his, forcing Ranma to outthink his opponent in an arc that I dearly wish had been animated!
