My first time seeing Running Man and I really loved it! It would be great to see what the more modern episodes are like too if you have any episode recommendations.

wow Running man!! The main members of Running Man are athletic,, they are not only having idols but celebrities also athletes. They are well known actually not only in Korea but in asia. They do tours and have their own fandom actually. Their newer stuff now are not as physical as their older episodes,, but what I meant physical is Running Man is known for their name tag game, those name tags on their backs they have a game usually at the end where you need to take it off to eliminate a member and it gets really really physical and they run a lot too.. now the members are getting injured a lot so they minimize those very physical games.

The early days of running man gets physical as hell. They run a lot and do name tag ripping that get’s really physical. It was the golden era of Running man. But as time goes by, members left, and now they don’t do that much anymore as the main cast gets older and gets injured. Still a good variety show tho. I suggest checking the older episodes even in your own time. In my opinion It’s one of the greatest variety show ever.

So, you need to watch the legendary Girls Generation one from the Lion Heart/Party era, Ep. 254. You may never laugh so hard. I will just say that they are literally dragging each other through the mud. Please no one spoil the last mission, his reaction needs to be pure!

Although the latest episodes aren't as physical there's definitely some episodes with atleast one game that is a physical one! And idols still come on to the show! Recently, Jin, V, San from Ateez and even Ive, i think came to the show. The episode with San is a bit more physical than the other ones and is super entertaining. I recommend watching it!

Def some golden gems from Running Man of the past & newer ones too! Like everyone has said, older seasons were intenseeee, but so were most of the variety shows at the time (they used to have a show almost like Wipeout that idols & celebs would compete in). Also, back in college my program had a retreat at a lake with one of those blobs & I got launched lol -- very fun but ended up with friction burn on my legs & def almost lost my swimsuit in the process haha

So funny thing is I actually watched Running Man first and got into kpop because of it. When Running Man first started Yonghwa from CNBlue featured a lot and when idols feature they always play their songs in the background. I ended up loving their music and got into kpop that way! P.S. Running Man is HUGE! At least, in it's prime. They do fan meetings all over Asia. The newer episodes are definitely not as rough and less idols feature but some of them are still fun. I prefer the older episodes with the original cast because of all the running jokes, etc. There was a lot of idols featured on this episode...there usually isn't quite that many. I would highly recommend the Idol Olympic episodes and also that episode they previewed with Big Bang is a gem also!

I’d really love to see more running man reactions! the show is great maybe you could watch it from the start and in order the members are very entertaining and their dynamics are so fun to watch. I’d recommend episodes 13, 52 and 53 they don’t have idol guest but they’re exciting and funny. Episode 104 is another episode with second gen idols from different groups.
