their SnowyNight comeback was a prequel, "the collective soul and unconscious: snowy night" so it seems to be in the same story line as GingaMingaYo.

"B-side" here is a reference to their story, basically all the lyrics in this album are about their story-line/lore, except for Flowerld which was a pre-debut fan song.

Genius.com will usually have kpop credits including producers, arrangement, writers, etc. If i remember correctly, Billlie's music is done by producers who in the past worked with Loona, Red Velvet, and other SM artists. Some of it is in-house Mystic Story producers and some is not. On their GingaMingaYo album there was some Japanese producers as well.

Amazing debut album if PK didn't rent free in my head for the majority of last year they would have been my ROTY without a doubt. Musically it's so unique and the lyrics are all amazings. The only B-side I knew was 'Flipping a Coin', so the rest were new to me as well. I generally don't pay attention to lyrics, but I guess I should for Billlie's releases 🤹‍♂️

I must be a fellow huge nerd, because I just literally punched the air when you mentioned thinking the experience was like seeing a play-- my first time listening to this gem had me thinking I'd just sat through an amazing off-broadway musical. Like Hadestown or something? Looking forward to your thoughts on the dance side sometime!

"What is your B?" is an OST album which has the music from their story/lore videos, it is mainly instrumentals and different arrangements of their two albums. It is really chill to listen to while working. After "the Billage of perception" comes their "Snowy Night" digital single (which has a MV), and then their GingaMingaYo mini album.

Billlie has my favorite lore/storyline of any Kpop group. I definitely recommend checking out their story videos at some point. Like you pointed out, I love how all-in they go with it in the music. They take being a concept group way farther than any other kpop group I've seen. Looking forward to seeing you react to the Flipp!ng a Coin performance video and Kick It dance cover too.

Billlie is an absolutely incredible group, and one i can only see growing. They have a very indebt storyline/lore, that is well made and well filmed. They also have released alot of covers/dance videos, most recently SuperM's Tiger Inside, which is honestly a must watch. Thanks for reacting to them, they are my ULT's and deserve all the recognition they are getting.

Well, this reaction sent me down a Billlie rabbit hole today, so thanks for that 😅 Really great album here, but their latest one is even better, the b-sides are immaculate. And after checking out the lore videos I can really see how well-made they are, I'm very intrigued. The story seems to be hitting on some very interesting themes, I'm really enjoying it so far. Another fantastic rookie girl group for me to keep an eye on!
